Written return and refund policy (Products ONLY)

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We reserve the right to reject request for return for any reason.
Eligible returns must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Written Cancellation and refund policy (Services ONLY)

Cancellation Policy:Â Your credit card is stored securely at the time of booking to allow deposits to be taken followed by the remaining trip amount and any trip tip, as applicable. Cancellations and reschedules require at least a 72-hour notice. Cancellations between 24-72 hours prior to the scheduled trip will incur a charge up to 50% of the total trip cost. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the trip will be charged at 100% of the full trip cost. For rescheduled trips that are cancelled, 100% full trip cost may be charged. If canceling and we have availability, we try our best to reschedule.
Weather cancelations are at the discretion of the Captain only and based on their knowledge and training at the time the decision is made. The weather in Florida can change without notice and the Captain reserves the right to make decisions about the weather as they arise. Cancellations from the client based on assumed weather predictions may be charged up to 100% of the full trip cost as weather is not typically predicable in Florida and rainy days can be great fishing days.
We reserve the right, at the captain’s discretion, to switch an offshore charter to nearshore or inshore. By booking an offshore trip where weather allows for nearshore or inshore fishing but not offshore, you agree to fish in an alternate location or pay 50% of the total charter cost for cancelling.
Note: Discounts are not given based on unexpected weather conditions while fishing, for seasickness or if you request to cut the trip short.
All credit card refunds are subject to a 3% credit card fee being non refundable.
